Vinagrerías de Haro has been producing high-quality wine vinegars since 1995.
Fusing tradition and modern technology, they offer a million bottles of excellent vinegar. They make vinegar in an artisanal way using totally natural processes, with a slow, slow and rigorous fermentation using selected shoots from organic vineyards and letting it rest in French oak barrels.
Committed to the environment and without abusing raw materials, they do not demand more from nature than it can give us.
With international recognition as confirmation of the quality of their vinegars, they obtained the gold medal in the I International Vinegars Competition (VINAVIN) and currently export to numerous countries around the world such as the United States, Canada, Venezuela or Cuba, among others.
All of their vinegars, including generic balsamic vinegars GAR, LG, VINARO, Crianzas GAR añejo, VINDARO, VINANOR and VINDARO Rioja, are suitable for celiacs, without GMOs or genetically modified organisms. These are healthy products compatible with quality nutrition.
What was your need when you hired GESISA?
In 2020, the SILICIE obligation (Immediate Supply of Special Tax Accounting Information Books) was born, which replaced the presentation of Special Tax Accounting Books, with the electronic supply of accounting entries through the Electronic Headquarters of the Tax Administration. A daily declaration of stocks, movements of raw materials and finished products, which caused complex and excessive additional work for our small team.

We were unable to assign our staff to a new request from the Administration, so we looked for an external company to help us achieve this traceability.
