What need did you have when you hired us?
Our need arose in two phases:
First, as soon as the tax obligation of the Immediate Supply of VAT Information (SII) came into effect, we needed someone to act as a bridge between the company and the Provincial Council of Bizkaia and that is how we found out about GESISA and its PuenteSII Platform.
We then decided to change the operating system for everything related to the company’s financial department, so we needed GESISA’s help again, this time not only to adjust the bridge, but to fully integrate the automatic supply of VAT into the new operating system.
What was the degree of satisfaction with the implemented solution?
The relationship with GESISA was and remains easy. Good and reasonable availability.
They offered us different solutions to see which one best suited us.
They went to Biscay to discuss the situation together with a representative from our systems department in Spain, another from our IT department in Italy and our new ERP provider. With excellent coordination, they managed to integrate the SII into our system. And since then, everything has been working correctly with hardly any incidents.
